So, here I am again. Back to the scale, back to exercise and back to counting calories. Maybe I'll even stick with it past the week!
It's time for something to change. Just "watching what I eat" and "trying to eat healthy" aren't enough for me - I have to pay attention to every single thing that I put into my mouth. Is it good or bad? Healthy or not? Will I savor and enjoy this now, to regret it later? Why oh why can't carbs and sugar be health foods?
But they aren't. And I suck at just winging it, or so my scale tells me. And it's screaming a number at me I've never seen before. Awesome.
So as of this moment, I am 3 day into counting calories and have completed 2 days of P90X. That shit is hard, yo! But, I like how it makes me hurt. It means it is doing something.
So here's to a new beginning. A new start, and a new dedication. Let's get ripped!
