I found this clip on another triathlon blog, for someone who is much more hardcore than I am. I found this video amusing, but also pretty true. Well, except I'm not training for an Ironman and can not do anywhere near the distances they talk about in the clip. But the same sort of conversation is typical for me when I talk about doing a triathlon.
